Cookie Policy
1. IN SHORT
The iki-land.ro website does not use cookies of its own. We have no software that counts visits, we do not show advertising based on browsing and we do not track visitors from one website to another. That is why we do not ask for your consent through a banner when you arrive on the website.
The website also includes YouTube videos and a Google Maps map, which load only if you choose to activate them. When they are activated, Google may store information on your device. The website and the IKI LAND venue at Strada Speranței nr. 21-23, Bragadiru, Ilfov County, are operated by TABOO MASTER S.R.L., tax identification number (CUI) RO33335193.
2. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can remember information for the duration of a session or for a longer period, for example your language preference. Some are placed by the website you visit, and others by the providers of external services embedded in the page. The rules on storing and accessing information on a device also apply to other similar technologies, not just to cookies.
Under Art. 4(5) and (6) of Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications privacy, storing information, or accessing information already stored, on your device requires prior information and consent. Exempt from this are operations carried out solely for the purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.
